The Main Characteristics of Stages of Content and Technology in Continuing Pedagogical Education

The study underlined five stages’ characteristics of content and technology in pedagogical education stated “The Concept Strategy Continuous Pedagogical Education Teacher Training the Republic Azerbaijan”. These traits have been determined through studying foundational works selected scholars as well best practices. stages are self-determination, self-organization, scientific-pedagogical formation, self-improvement, self-realization. According to document, every stage belongs a certain degree education, such bachelor’s degree, master’s advanced training, doctor philosophy.
